Claude Buford
President, Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Claude started his leadership career as a United States Army Officer. Claude's distinguished military career of 8 years instilled a value system in him of ethics, honesty, and integrity that cannot be compromised. Claude is an accomplished industry professional with over 15 years experience in staffing from running a desk to providing training and leadership. Claude began his career in staffing with Aerotek (now known as Allegis) where he was nationally recognized for his top performance. He has held corporate level positions, including the Regional Vice President of Robert Half International Inc.
Claude's business philosophy is simple and predicated on a tireless work ethic. Claude will tell you; "It's not hard to work smart, but it's smart to work hard". Claude is passionate about people and the service he delivers to customers. Claude is an expert in exceeding client and consultant expectations!!

Lara Griffin
Vice President and Edge-Dynamic Power Source Director
A leader in the Energy/Power/Utility recruitment industry, Lara Griffin began her career as a technical recruiter and was quickly promoted to Recruiting Manager and subsequently to VP and Director over Edge's Power division.
In 2006, she co-launched Edge-Dynamic Power Source with the goal to provide superior service to mid and large size companies in the Energy/Power/Utility sector.
Mrs. Griffin's expansion strategy is predicated on identifying customers that have become jaded towards the staffing industry in general, delivering a level of service that Edge's competitors have failed to achieve.

Kristen Bolena
Corporate Support Manager
Kristen Bolena was named Corporate Support Manager shortly after joining Edge in July of 2007 and still maintains oversight of all corporate support services. Ms. Bolena is highly experienced with integrating business/product line objectives into cost-effective support systems including all accounting, HR, communication, and external vendor management. Prior to joining Edge Ms. Bolena's career began supporting one of Orlando Florida's preeminent public accounting firms. While there Ms. Bolena was recognized for her streamlining efforts, corporate relations successes and influence on business culture.
